Hello and welcome to my website. I am Britta Kolloge, a graduate economist, certified systemic business coach and HR manager with passion.
My vision
For 20 years I have been working in a management and expert role in national and international environments. My industry experience is diverse and ranges from healthcare, insurance and banking to the telecommunications industry.
The topic of value is the focus of my work. As an HR manager, it is important to me to add value to the company's success. A value-oriented HR management recognizes the strategic business needs and is able to convert the needs into solutions.
On the other hand, I see managers and employees and their attitudes as important pillars of a company's success. For me, appreciation, personal responsibility, trust, creativity and decision-making competence come first.
My values
The most important thing in my work is communication. I communicate across hierarchies at eye level, act transparently, authentically and openly. I build trust through empathy and openness. A smile and a friendly charisma also strengthen cooperation.
